Challenge

  • Provide advanced filtering options with over 20 customizable filters to refine lead searches based on job titles, industry, company size, and more.
  • Seamlessly integrate with key tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Lemlist, ensuring a smooth workflow for users.

The platform was built with a robust tech stack, featuring NextJS, ReactJS, and Typescript for a scalable and responsive frontend. PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and Prisma were used on the backend to ensure data integrity and fast querying. With these solutions in place, Looti stands out as a dynamic tool that enables businesses to find and convert the most valuable leads efficiently.

  1. Requirement Analysis: Our cross-functional team collaborated to define the project’s core features and user experience goals, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  2. UI/UX Design: We translated complex business logic into an intuitive interface, emphasizing a seamless user experience. Special attention was given to designing responsive and visually appealing UI components using Styled Components.
  3. Frontend and Backend Development: We used NextJS and ReactJS to build dynamic and responsive frontend components. The backend was built with PostgreSQL, Prisma, and GraphQL, ensuring efficient data management and real-time performance.
  4. Third-Party Integrations: We integrated essential tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Slack into the platform, along with secure authentication via Auth0 and NextAuth.
  5. Testing and Optimization: Rigorous testing and debugging were conducted to guarantee cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance. We used tools like Sentry to monitor issues in real-time and ensure a smooth user experience.
